Democrats’ Economic Confidence Rises For First Time In 6 Months, Buying-Climate Weakens

After September and October’s notable rebound in sentiment, the preliminary November UMich showed continued improvement, rising from 95.5 to 95.7, driven by hope as current conditions slipped.

Current economic conditions index fell to 110.9 vs. 113.2 last month.

Expectations index rose to 85.9 vs. 84.2 last month.
